We are a network of service providers and aging adults and those with disabilities come from across the Minnesota state. We are here to provide support and resources to the caregivers, adult day-care, and other organizations serving older adults and families.
At MNEPN, we recognize the unique needs and challenges of older adults, those living with disabilities, and their caregivers. We are committed to providing the assistance and resources they need to live full and independent lives. Our goal is to ensure that all members of our communities have access to the resources they need to maximize their health, wellness, and quality of life as they age.
We provide assistance and resources to a wide range of organizations and service providers, including assisted living, affordable housing, life plan communities, nursing homes, adult day and PACE programs, hospice, home health, continuing care at home, and other organizations serving older adults and families. Our members come from many different backgrounds and locations, offering a wide range of services to meet the unique needs of the elderly and disabled communities.

We strive to provide resources that meet the changing needs of our members, as well as to ensure that they have access to the best possible care. We are dedicated to helping members access services, stay current on available services, and stay informed about programs that can help them in their daily lives.
